Media Matters for America Underwrites Sinclair
Josh Marshall continues to be all over this story. Media Matters has just announced that they have agreed to underwrite a shareholder action against Sinclair to provide equal time to Kerry supporters. A demand letter has gone out today, and assuming no reasonable response, an action will be filed tomorrow seeking an injunction.
