Healthcare Spending Around the World

Greg at The Talent Show has taken these stats and distilled them to a graph.

For some reason, the entries at the far right both say "United". The first "United" is the UK and the second, most expensive, is the US. Click on the chart to enlarge.


Gregs says:
That's right, we spend more than twice as much as most of our friends, yet we cover a much lower percentage of our people and have a higher rates of illness and death for preventable diseases. Something this shameful should be a scandal, yet even acknowledging these obvious facts is considered anti-American in some circles.
It's a GD scandal.

So what are we going to do about it?
