Of note, last night was the first night they tracked without Edwards and it showed Obama "essentially" tied with Clinton. As Rasmussen cautions, samples for individual nights are very small so one night doesn't mean much but reason enough for hope.
Remember, it's not the individual poll that matters, it's the trend. Obama is trending up, as evidenced by the latest Gallup daily tracking poll showing Obama now within 4 points nationally.
