Sense of Entitlement

In listening to the Clintons surrogates talk (Ickes, Wolfson, etc) as well as the Clintons themselves, I'm struck by the clear sense of entitlement they have to the White House. They could not care less about the parties voters. They own this party and the White House and anyone who stands in their way is illegitimate, including the majority of states and voters who have thus far rejected them.

"The voters of Ohio want me on the top of the ticket". Does Hillary have any sense of how offensive that is to everyone not from Ohio?

This is exactly how the Bushies behaved in 2000. Hearing them explain that votes don't count and reminding everyone that the rules allow the loser to strip the nomination from the winner is a creepy deja vu experience.
