Iraq's $79 billon budget surplus

As the US faces a record budget deficient and spends $12 Billion a month in Iraq -- which we are borrowing -- the Iraqi government will end their fiscal year with a $79 billion budget surplus according to the most recent GAO report.

I say good for them!
