The POTUS public campaigning for his stimulus resulted in a 7 point gain in public opinion for the stimulus plan and boosted his pubic approval to 67% in the most recent Gallup poll.
In the same poll, the Congressional GOP enjoy a 31% approval rating 17 points behind the Congressional Dems.
